I read most nights before bed, but I still struggle to unwind and switch off. I think I’ll try meditating or something similar to clear my mind and stop thinking about work. I work in a studio so it’s irregular hours, which doesn’t help. A shower just revitalises me! Ha!

Hey Chris, Thank you for connecting. Irregular hours are a nightmare!! Fear not, Meditation is something, if done every morning and night, will help clear your mind and thoughts (I do it religiously). If you are struggling, try Guided Meditation – Michael Sealey on Youtube is fantastic. I do however Highly Recommend that you try all the steps for a full week, you will see a big difference. Big Kisses ♡ Jai ♡

Thanks, I’ll definitely check out that video. My biggest issue is probably routine and unwinding I guess. I tend to be all over the place a lot and I suffer from either jet lag or inability to just forget about stuff and relax. Sleep deprivation can lead to all sorts of things (I’m sure you know) so I wanna get on top of it. I’m glad I came across your blog.😊

Hi John, thank you for the lovely comment and the follow on Twitter. Yes, I really recommend that you try all the steps for a week first, you will see a change.
Then work on yourself every day. Relaxation/Meditation videos are incredible for a deep night’s sleep.

Hi Jaiden! Well I tried this for the last 10 days and your steps worked great. The only one that I didn’t do was a hot shower, as this tends to wake me up. Still have not searched for the YouTube video, but plan to soon. Thank you so much!
