1. Meditate for 10 minutes

3. Soak in a Relaxing Bath
4. Have a soothing cup of Herbal Tea
5. Light some candles or dim the lights
6. Switch your phone to Silent
7. Turn off the Television
8. Read a chapter of your Favourite Book
