While sitting here, I have created a Self Love Morning Routine for you.
It is a step by step guide to the Perfect Morning
This is my own Personal Routine that I used and use as one of my steps to beat my Depression.
One of the biggest tips I can give you is, Consistency is key.
This may sound a little blunt, but if you do it for a day then skip it for a week… guess what?
So consistency is the most important factor in recovery.
So relax, grab a nice hot drink and enjoy!
1. Wake up Early
2. Do not check your Phone
3. Let in some light and Fresh Air
4. Burn some Incense
5. Take a few minutes to reconnect with Yourself
6. Rehydrate your body with a glass of Lemon Water
7. Listen to positive affirmations
8. Meditate, Stretch, Practice Yoga
9. Enjoy a bowl of delicious Fresh Fruit
10. Cook yourself a Nutritious Breakfast
11. Look after your skin with a Morning Cleansing Routine
12. Give thanks, be patient and have a Lovely Day.
Challenge yourself to try this for a few days.
I promise you.. this small routine will make a big difference in your life.
